Trade & Resources

The Kingdom of Dracia is a land filled with small communities that practice an exchange and barter system. Coins are not the primary means of acquiring goods or services for families or individuals. Most people and communities exchange services or goods for their needs. Coins are not considered a sign of wealth so most people frown on having any on hand unless they are traders who travel outside the kingdom.

Dracia lacks the deeper infrastructure found in other kingdoms but does have nine communities that are highly specialized in weapon or armor crafting called felds. There are no guilds or merchant houses actively working within the kingdom. There are a few merchant houses who have setup trading posts along the southern border, north of Trevista.

The information and data provided here is meant to provide some insight into the kingdom for players and gamemasters. This information should not be held to the strictest of definitions but rather a way to better understand the region and assist in game play and atmosphere. The main storyline will follow these details closely when needed so that there can be a place for reference and a continuity in the campaigns.
